Simple present or present continuous?

Hi:

I want you to try this activity about simple present or continuous. Remember, we use simple present for: routines, timetables, permanent activities or truths , to give your opinion (like, hate,think ).

On the other hand we use present continuous for actions taking place in the moment we're speaking or the current time especially if you're talking about temporary actions and future with arrangements.

The aim is to get a new generation free from present beauty stereotypes.
